An alterations and additions project that aims to improve the existing deteriorating cottage and create some new spaces for the occupants. We have worked through various concepts, looked at reduced scope versions and worked through coordination with consultants to further develop the project. It is currently being reviewed and tested for cost effective solutions for the extension and mainly the rectification of the existing cottage. More to come soon…
