The brief for this project was to make sense of and improve the large existing internal footprint, take advantage of the outlook from the elevated escarpment position and give the façade of the building a subtle facelift.

This project has had every aspect reviewed and tweaked in collaboration with the clients, and we look forward to watching them enjoy it once completed.

The initial and biggest stage of the project, the ground floor internal area, has been completed and now being enjoyed by the clients. Stage 2 set to begin sometime in 2024.
