This project aims to drastically improve the existing cottage form, by projecting a sympathetic raked gable roof providing a covered outdoor entertaining area and direct connection to the existing luscious backyard and new pool area. 

Approved under CDC (complying development certificate) and with the pool area as stage 1 now complete being enjoyed, stage 2 is planned to be constructed at a later date.
