This project takes the existing clad cottage and aims to provide the owners with a more holistic floor plan that is adaptable and suited to their lifestyle. The bonus is the added privacy for the parents at the first floor level which is a simple first floor extension, that is sympathetic yet modern and designed to draw light into the space. The rear outdoor area has been reconfigured to enlarge the existing area, and now providing one covered space, with direct access to the rear yard and maintaining visual supervision of the pool.
