The existing terrace is really missing that direct connection to the outdoors between the key living spaces. At design development we have given the clients more solar access through various simple roof forms. This new gable extension makes use of the 5m wide block, and allows for an elongated floor plan encompassing the kitchen, living and dining spaces.
